Like a corset piercing?
I think they are gross (corset piercings).
But getting one on the inside of my fore-arm would be intense!!

I personaly dont give a d**n what they call themselfs or if their depressed for no reason.
If a girl has some interesting thing about her i like it. Regardless of if shes emo / punk / goth / or hippiee.
Though typicaly emo.. anyone is a poser. Their is the exception for the people who like the stlye but dont act depressed about everything.
Also the pericings , I have my lip pierced. I know a girl that had her ceptum peirced which I though was kinda weird but w/e. I wanna get a ladder on my neck , you dont see that too often. =D
PS I consider myself punk / hippiee

Well, considering I'm 16, I wasn't around in the 80's when in first came to be. So I would consider myself a new goth.

Yuck! No... Just no... Of course, I myself am a girl, so perhaps I don't have the same (meaning exceptionally low) standards as you guys do. (Just kidding! ... Sort of)

I have no piercings. Personally I like a certain few piercings but I know for sure I wouldnt look good with any. My clothing style is more like that of Criss Angel's. Im not copyin' him or anything but its just me. My personality though is more of a death metal attitude, so Im all kinds of screwed up on style lol!

Well, considering I'm 16, I wasn't around in the 80's when in first came to be. So I would consider myself a new goth. No, I mean like, part of the new goth movement? You know, there's a group of goths that ahve satrted a new movement, calling themselves "New Goths", and they wear white rather than black. I think it;s because emos copied them with the colour and the New Goths don;t want to be mistaken for them, or something...?

No, more like some goths hate being called emos (I do) and dress in all white to avoid being associated with emos. It's not a new movement, everything is the same except they tend to wear white instead of black.

Before i get started I call the hairstyle that i want "emo" hair, due to that is probally the easiest way to describe it so everyone understands what I am talking about. First a little about me: My style is more of a mixture of styles that are reasonably priced but still are good quality, compared the price for some clothing at popular stores *cough* Ambercrombie *cough*. I don't even really like to shop at Hot Topic. I'm the person who takes the clearance items, and maybe 2 or 3 band shirts a couple times a year. My main brand is Dickie's, I never found anything as great as Dickie's and only one other person I seen wears Dickie's brand. Of course I have some skater with my vans, Adio, converses, and other skater shoes and some of my clothing. I do skateboard a little. I also love guitars, lots of my clothes have something to do with guitars. Something I find funny: I have friends from every spectrum of social classes. Just because they dress a certain way, doesn't make them that. I tried the "emo" hairstyle and didn't change anything else, and I was being called a f** and other things by some of my friends *cough* stoners/metal heads*cough*, just because they despise people who look "emo." Shows how close some people follow labels. Which leads to my final verdict: I find many "scene/emo" styled girls very attractive on a physical level, really nothing more. Unless I knew them and they had a great personality. The picture below is what I look like right now, to get an idea of my face. Though I am growing my hair back out to emo length, due to promising a girl I would grow my hair back out to that, and let me tell you that many attractive girls like "emo" hair or long hair.

The first part of your post really should have been your introduction, which you don't have anyways. And Hot Topic sucks. I pity anyone who ever buys anythign there. I once went there to buy boots... Let me put it this way, one of the buckles on a boot broke while I was trying it on. The other pair of boots I tried had the belt strap break... I also know someone who was trying on tripp pants there, a chain tore off, in the store... I never went back. Well no, I went back once to see if they had any gothic rock. None, whatsoever... Pisses me off... *Grumbles something about how the only store featured frequently in malls that could remotely be considered goth has products specifically produced for them that are intentionally worse due to the fact that idiots buy anything at hot topic; and that they have no gothic rock, thus making it impossible to for it to even be a gothic store that sells shoddy clothes.* Also, it sucks that people think clothes define you... It's obviously music that defines you since goths listen to gothic rock, emos, emotional hardcore, punk, punk rock. So the only thing that matters is the music that you listen to. Have a hamster listen to cradle of filth, and he will obviously start moshing with the pompous gerbils in the cage next door listening to Chopin.

I guess that means I'm a nobody! (Yes, Inari doesn't listen to music, and also refers to herself in the third person sometimes.)

And let me tell you that many attractive girls like "emo" hair or long hair. Mm... I;ve been told by a few to cut my hair emo-style. But how can it make that much of a difference?
