im still having problems with my constructs dissipating after i stop concentrating on them does anyone have any tips?

What Stolide means is that if you believe that they won't dissipate, they won't. You just have to let them know your intent, and the best way to do this is through deep belief. If you truly believe that none of your constructs will dissipate until you tell them to, they'll pick up on that during programming, and they won't.
The way I managed to do this when I was just starting out, was through hypnosis. I put myself in a light hypnotic trance and then implanted the suggestion that every time I made a construct, it would be made to last indefinitely (until I told it to stop existing). It's still working today!
Do you have a Skype account, akern500? I can hypnotize you over Skype if you want me to. Alternatively, I can send you my hypnosis script, and you can record it yourself as an audio file and then listen to it.

Orion if You could please send me over that hypnosis script so I could check it out I would be very grateful. I seem to have a similar problem with psi dissipating after I stop focusing on it.
