Before we go any further in these lessons, I’m going to talk (well, type actually) briefly about remote viewing. Remote viewing is basically a more advanced form of psionic sensing, otherwise known as “scanning”. (We’ll talk more about scanning in a later article.)
As you probably know, since the psi is a universal energy, everything is (in a way) the psi. Thus, the psi is everything, and so you, as a psion, can use psi energy to sense anything. Those last two sentences were a little confusing, but read them a few times and you ought be able to figure them out. Just remember that with psi, unlike with other energies, distance nor size matter in your ability to sense things. You can sense a tiny particle of dust trillions of miles away on a distant planet (although I don’t know why you’d want to) just as easily as you can sense a giant statue or something sitting right in front of you.
As I’ve already touched upon, you can sense things through the psi because the psi and everything else in the universe are, in a way, one. Thus, when you reach out and sense that tiny particle of dust through the psi, it is just as if you were there, kneeling on the cold surface of that faraway planet, reaching out and physically feeling that bit of dust. It literally seems like you are there: you can see the dust, you can feel and smell the dust. And if you really were to try and sense this metaphorical dust particle, then it really would feel like you were there. It is hard to believe until you have done it.
However, someone who is just starting to learn remote viewing probably won’t be able to sense faraway miniscule grains of dust. You will just have a vague awareness of your immediate surroundings, and thus will maybe be able to sense when someone walks by your house even when you can’t see them, but probably will not sense someone walking past the house of your pen pal in Singapore. But don’t worry, as you practice you will get a bigger “range” and details will become more clear to you.
Through reading my previous lessons and this one, you should by now have learned how to feel (in fact, how to sense) psi both inside and outside your body. Sensing something else is not too much different. First, look inside yourself as you did way back in lesson two, and visualize your own internal psi swirling and flowing through you. When you have a clear picture in your mind, gently allow your inner psi to expand out of your body. Feel as it slowly grows into a sort of bubble surrounding your entire body. Allow this bubble to keep expanding – and make sure you can feel it as it does so – until it comes into contact with something in the physical world, preferably something you have not physically felt before, or at least do not really remember the feel of.
Now that it is touching something, allow your awareness to expand outward from the bubble of psi surrounding you into the object it is in contact with. What do you feel? What do you see? After a few moments, open your eyes and look at the object you were psionically viewing. Does it look the same as it did during that little RV session? Did your RV of the object show all the detail that the physical object has? Also, run your fingertips lightly across the object. Does it feel the same as your RV caused you to think it did?
Congratulations, you have just performed your first remote viewing! Now all it takes is practice for you to be able to view things in more detail, and further away.
HOMEWORK: From now on, every time you practice psi, make sure you sit down and devote at least several minutes to expanding your awareness out from your body. See if you can sense things across the room from you with as much detail as you just saw whatever-it-was that was close to you. What about across the house?
Keep practicing, and you will be able to RV across your neighborhood, your city, and even further, until eventually you really can see, feel, sense that elusive little grain of dust.
